David Van Arnam cofounded Brookline Asset Management spearheading the acquisition, leasing, and profitable disposition of 33 BMO Bank branches across multiple partial sale-leaseback transactions at Brookline Branch, LLC. Today, he oversees portfolio operations, asset repositioning, tenant transitions, and property leasing strategies.

With 33 years of experience in engineering, consulting, and business operations, David served as President of O’Brien & Gere, where he grew revenues from $40M to $83M, increased profits by nearly $5M, and improved financial efficiency. He also served as COO of Nol-Tec Systems, doubling company revenue before leading a successful sale to Korean Air Pollution Control Company KCGH, Inc.

Currently, David  also serves as an Outside Director for Walker Consultants, a national consulting and engineering firm
