Keith Gollenberg oversees investment analysis, underwriting, and investor relations. With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, he has managed institutional investments, capital raises, and public/private market strategies across multiple leadership roles.

Previously, Keith served as Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, where he led the creation of Oaktree’s Private Real Estate Debt business, managing a $3B portfolio. He raised and invested over $2B through a U.S. Treasury PPIP Fund, which delivered a 20%+ IRR—the highest-performing fund in its cohort.

Before Oaktree, he was CEO of CBRE Realty Finance, launching a public mortgage REIT and has held senior roles at CIGNA Investment Management, where he helped develop the CMBS market in the early 1990s.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Keith served as Chairman of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC).
